What do I actually get with this pack?
Firstly the details about each item are given further down the page but in summary you will receive:-
25 ovulation/pregnancy tests (any combination you wish and they will be ultra early tests - 10mIU for the pregnancy tests and 20mIU for the ovulation tests)
A FREE Fertilityplan chart (via email when requested)
How do I choose which combination to have?
Very simple - just buy the item and go through to check-out in the normal way. When you check out there is the opportunity then to leave a message to seller - simply click on the "Add message" icon and this will open a box allowing you to leave us the message about the combination that you would like. Alternatively you can always send us a message via eBay. Simply tell us the combination you want - 25 pregnancy tests, or 25 ovulation tests, or 15 pregnancy tests + 10 ovulation tests etc. The only condition is that the combination cannot be more than 25.
What if I forget to tell you the combination of tests I would like?
If you forget to tell us the combination you want then we will send you 15 ovulation tests and 10 pregnancy tests. So if this is not what you want then make sure you tell us what you
do
want
before
we despatch your order.
Are the tests fully FDA and CE approved for sale to end users?
Yes, the tests comply fully and have been approved for use by end users by both the FDA (USA) and the CE (European Community). The tests will have the approvals printed on the foils.
What about the expiry date?
When the tests are first manufactured they have the maximum permitted of 24 months to expiry. We will always send you stock that has at least 15 months to expiry - we can provide exact expiration dates before we ship if required.

All tests come with a minimum 15 months to expiry date
and more likely almost 2 years (the legal maximum).
Payment
We only accept payment by PayPal. If you are having trouble paying this way through eBay then you can contact either PayPal or eBay and they will be happy to assist you.
Shipping
All UK orders received Monday-Thursday before 3.30pm and all orders received by 12.30pm on Fridays will be shipped on the same day. All overseas orders received Monday-Friday before 12pm UK time will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after these times will be shipped the following business day. All packages have no indication of content, are marked "Private and Confidential" and the contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside of the package. All shipments to all destinations are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage - though we will require you to follow some simple steps in order to have a re-fund or re-send in those rare occurrences when your shipment is lost or damaged.
If you click on 'see all details' which is located in the postage section at the top of the listing and put in the quantity that you want and your location, then eBay will calculate the postage charge for you. If you are also interested in any of our other products then we may be able to offer a postage discount - please contact us via eBay messaging telling us the items that you want and we can give you a total price.
Returns
Faulty Goods
If there is an item missing from your order or the item you receive is damaged or defective then we will send you a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available then we will refund your purchase in full.
If you do receive faulty or incorrect goods then please hold onto them as we may require you to return them to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your payment in full and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalized pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs).
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to cover our fees and expenses from you by only refunding the Buy It Now price of the item/s.
14 Day Cooling-off Period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 calendar days of the item being delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund you in full, provided the item is still in its original condition. We will not refund your costs of returning the item to us. As the items we sell have expiry dates, we will need to receive the goods back within 30 days of receipt. We advise that you use a fully insured posting method when returning the item to us.
