Tattoo Instructions:
Apply tattoos with a damp cloth. Cut tattoo as close as possible before applying. Tattoos can get sticky after shower or getting wet. Apply baby powder to cut down on shine or stickiness. Tattoos can come off with baby oil or by scrubbing off in shower.
