    General disclaimer:  I don't know what makes these valuable and what makes one of them more valuable than the others, so I cannot provide any sort of opinion about a fair price.  This is sold AS IS.
    Sold as is, title is CLEAR.  I bought this as part of a larger lot at an inventory liquidation sale of a military surplus store, so there is no question of title.  I am not a dealer, but it was a dealer's liquidation sale.
    I know nothing about these, nor about this specific one.  I did hit the stop and return buttons two times each, and it seems to function fine.  I removed some dust and fine dirt with a dry q-tip.  I did my best to show the condition; you can see the plastic face cover has some scuffing.
