Steering stability as well as returnability of steering wheel is affected by the caster: forward (negative caster) or backward (positive caster) tilt of upper ball joint - in relation to the lower ball joint when viewed from side.

Tire wear and pulling is affected by the camber: inward (negative camber) or outward (positive camber) tilt of the top of the wheel.
Toe:
Tire wear and rolling resistance is affected by the toe: out (negative toe/toe out) or in (positive toe/toe in).
