    I'm Selling a
    Life Size, Bronze Or Spelter? Male "Spaniel"
    Metal Dog Figure?   The Figure is 24" Tall and weighs 64 Pounds, so it must be picked-up at my home.  My photos are good and show the Beautiful Detail and expert workmanship!  I can't find any marking on it?  I'm not certain, but I believe that the figure is made of bronze or Spelter (but it could be something else) - It's not cast iron or steel because a magnet won't stick to it.
    Note:
    I normally deal in fine china & glassware, but I love animals and when I saw this wonderful piece, I couldn't resist buying it. The Dog was sitting beside the fireplace at a wealthy estate sale.
    Description:
    The Dog is a dull black color.  Someone must have painted a wall near where the dog was sitting, because there are some white specks here & there on it (I would guess they could be cleaned off). The piece is about 24" tall, measures about 17" from the edge of the tail to the outside foot (wide), is about 19" from front to back, has 7" long ears and weighs about 64 pounds.

    Information:
    I guess it must have been made to decorate that special place in your home (it looked great beside the ornate fire place at the estate sale where I bought it)!  The dog is heavy cast metal and is hollow inside, I'm not sure if it was made in two parts and then joined together (you will have to decide after checking my close-up photos)?  I don't know if the bottom was added (welded on) or what?
