    Hi, This auction is for this BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE ART DECO WATCH RING by CARL BUCHERER. Marked 0.935 silver , 15 jewels. CIRCA 1890-1920. Condition is used with expected age wear this watch is ticking and working as of now but I can’t set the time also I am assuming it needs cleaning and maybe some work done so it will be sold as is for repair. measure Approximately 7/8” x 5/8” across top. This watch is being sold for what it actually is however I thought I would pass along the story I was told when It walked into my collectibles shop. The woman told me her grandmother worked for the Astor family a very very wealthy family back in the 1800s who for instance built the Waldorf Astoria and John Astor died on the TITANIC and was apparently the wealthiest person on the ship. The woman’s mother was a seamstress for the Astor family.
