This is a vintage 1990s fine bone china 3-tiered tea plate stand made by Carlton in Japan in the Corsage pattern. This is a handmade item.
Plate sizes include 6.5", 8", and 10.75"
In good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or stains. From a smoke-free environment
