Back is marked "aluminum cicada watch swiss movt . 888-834".
Push down on the antennas and it opens down the middle for you to check the time.
Pull out small knob to set the the time.
Has a second hand.
Analog and windup.
Goldtone necklace chain.
Total length approximate: 15" long.
Ladybug dimensions approximate: 1-1/8" (antenna), 1-1/8" (body) wide x 1-3/4" long.
There are just a few minor scratches if you closely.
